South Plains

A Local Section of the American Chemical Society

Awards

Recognizing exceptional South Plains teachers, students, and members

The South Plains ACS local section is proud to recognize outstanding student performance at each of the institutions of higher learning within our territory.  We also recognize some of our outstanding High School Chemistry teachers and Science Fair Winners.  Some of these awards are sponsored by the individual institutions and some by the ACS (locally or nationally).  The Outstanding Teacher and Science Fair awards are sponsored by the ACS local section.  There is also an ACS Outstanding Graduating Senior (or Student at 2 year institutions) sponsored by the local section for a student who has performed exceptionally near the end of their degree program.  Below you can see the Awards given in the past.
